- Internal Record Keeping complying with all relevant Legislation.
- To improve the Services we Provide.
- To send relevant Information from CDA to its Staff/Volunteers/Trustees Beneficiaries and Members
- To contact Staff/Volunteers/Trustees, Beneficiaries and Members for the purposes of Research/Engagement and Co Production activities

How we store your personal information
Your physical Personal Data is securely stored at our Head Office, which is located at the Greenwood Centre, 37 Greenwood Place, Kentish Town, London NW5 1LB
All Personal Data held at our Head Office is only accessible by the appropriate Staff and Volunteers that need access for the purposes it was shared.
We also hold Personal Data on Electronic Devices such as Laptops/Desktops and Portable Storage Devices. All this equipment is protected by Passwords and Multi Factor Authentication and the Storage Servers are all located within the UK.
We keep a wide variety of Personal Data. We follow the following guidelines when disposing of or destroying Personal Data and it is carried out within specific timelines which are all set out below.
All Personal Data that Camden Disability Action collects and stored on its Database or in Paper Format, in relation to our general activities (such as membership and engagement) will be deleted and/or shredded if there has been no contact, or the case has been inactive for 24months.
Application forms for unsuccessful applicants to vacancies at Camden Disability Action will be deleted from our database and/or shredded after 12 months.
Trustee / Employee / Freelance and Volunteer records will be deleted and/or shredded after six years after employment / assignment has ceased to comply with legal statutes.
Payroll and HMRC Tax Information will be deleted and/or shredded after Ten years to comply with legal statutes.
Benefits Casework Records and Data will be deleted and/or shredded Six Years after the conclusion of the Case to comply with legal statutes.
