Chair of Board of Trustees
Camden Disability Action (CDA) is looking for a new Chair to build and lead a skilled Trustee board.
CDA is a Disabled People’s Organisation, which means it is run by Disabled people for Disabled people. This is an important time for the organisation and it needs a strong chair to lead it into the next phase of its development and growth.
We are looking for a local Disabled person who has the skills and enthusiasm to provide strategic leadership for the organisation and to support making Greenwood a centre for social change.
The position of Chair of Trustees is unpaid. Board members are expected to attend 4 meetings a year. Induction into the organisation, safeguarding training and reimbursed travel costs are available for all the Trustees.
A package of upskilling and mentoring is planned for the new Chair and the Board of Trustees funded by the National Lottery.
