Training and Development Coordinator
4 days per week Flexible with some evening and weekends.– £33,583 pro rata = £26,866
CDA works with deaf and disabled people from all communities living or working in the London Borough of Camden.
CDA seeks to identify and reduce health inequalities, address current gaps in services and support and enable deaf and disabled people to actively engage both in their personal lives and in the activities of the wider community.
CDA is seeking to recruit an experienced person to be responsible for developing and then coordinating an Active Citizen development programme and activities for deaf and disabled people in Camden.
The post holder will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and reporting on the BIG Lottery /Trust for London funded project to ensure its success and that funders and participants aims are both met as well as Identifying suitable trainers, running outreach activities to recruit disabled people to take part in the programme and creating a mentoring programme to support the participants.
The post holder must have Minimum of two years’ experience where skills relevant to this role are needed including management of staff and volunteers and Experience of working directly with deaf and disabled people and voluntary and community sector organisations.
